Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in this event, I hereby release and discharge the Club, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I confirm that my participation is voluntary, that I am physically able to take part, and that I will comply with all applicable safety rules and instructions.
