Benefits of belonging to the Luncheon Club

Looking to try some new restaurants in the city or getting back to some of your favourites? Come out and share your love of good food and conversation. The Luncheon Club provides an excellent opportunity to share a meal and interesting conversation with other Probus members. This environment allows members to make new friends.

As part of this group, you can try different restaurants and new cuisines at lunchtime. All of the restaurants have been checked for suitability by the Club Coordinator. While at the luncheon, members of the Club are usually asked which restaurant that they would like to visit next.

Many of the members appreciate that the meals are during the day which makes driving to the restaurants easier than in the evening. All members pay for their own meals as only restaurants that are prepared to issue separate bills are visited.

Upcoming Meetings

Hopefully you will consider meeting us for our next luncheon.

Our Members

Usually about 10 to 12 people come out to a meeting, but attendance can increase to more than 15 when the group goes to a special restaurant. Attending a luncheon is open to everyone in Probus. The Club’s Coordinator is Norma Cooper.
