Waiver and Release of Liability

I am aware of the risks connected with attending any meetings, events and club
activities of the Probus Club of Kingsway-Islington. I agree to not hold
accountable or bring legal action against the club, theirofficers, agents, or
employees. This waiver releases the club from all liability relating to injuries
that may occur at any location before, during, or after anactivity.

I agree to hold the club entirely free from any liability, including financial
responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.
I acknowledge the risk involved with any activity including, but not limited to,
muscle tears, sprains, and other physical injuries. I certify that my participation
is voluntary. I will make every effort to obey the club personnel, all safety rules,
and will ask for clarification if needed.

I am aware that as a member I consent to being photographed. I understand that these images may be used in club communications, including newsletters, presentations, and other promotional materials. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will inform the event organizer in advance.
