To renew your membership with the Probus Club of Kingsway-Islington, please fill out the form below to notify our Membership Coordinator, Diane Gillis, that you would like to renew. All of the fields must be completed.
In order to renew your membership, you must agree to the Probus Liability Waiver for Members. To read this waiver, Click Here.
Please indicate whether you will be paying using Interac e-Transfer (preferred) or by a cheque. Interac e-Transfers must be sent to fees.kingswayprobus@gmail.com to accompany this message.
When you set up the Interac e-Transfer, you must first add a contact for Probus Kingsway-Islington Fees. The contact name that you should use is Kingsway Probus Fees, and the e-Mail address is fees.kingswayprobus@gmail.com.
When you make an e-Transfer payment from your on-line bank account, select the Kingsway Probus Fees in the Send Money To field, calculate the Amount Payable as the number of members renewing times $85.00 per member, and identify the name of your spouse renewing in the appropriate field. All payments sent to the Probus Club of Kingsway-Islington are deposited automatically using INTERAC e-Transfer Autodeposit. Membership Fees are non-refundable, and are due by September 30, 2025.
If you are sending a cheque, please address it to the Probus Club of Kingsway-Islington, 225 The East Mall, Suite 1655, Toronto, ON M9B 0A9.
