Monthly Meeting Schedule
The format of the meeting is to have a social period between 9:15 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and a chance to enjoy a hot or cold beverage and baked goods while meeting your friends and making the acquaintance of new colleagues. At 10:00 a.m., the meeting is called to order and an invited speaker speaks for about 45 minutes followed by a Q&A session. This is followed by a short business meeting to keep members abreast of membership issues, club activities and planned events. The meeting adjourns about 11:30.
How to Join a Zoom Meeting
For Hybrid meetings, you can join it on Zoom by clicking on the button below up to 15 minutes before 10.00 a.m.

Zoom Meeting Format
After 10:00 a.m. everyone except the host and speaker will be muted. The speaker normally gives a 45 minute presentation, followed by an opportunity for our members to ask questions. During the Question and Answer session, members can type their questions by using the chat function.
