The Dinner Club meeting on March 9th, 2023 was hosted by Eric and Loretta Fines at Beertown Public House, 1020 Islington Avenue in Etobicoke (at the corner of Titan Road) with 13 people attending. Everyone enjoyed the food and charming company.
Beertown says: “We are a restaurant bringing culinary delights to humans of all ages and dietary needs alongside an endless stream of craft beer”. However, don’t be put off by the name Beertown and their slogan. They served a full range of beverages. This is a new establishment right in the heart of our neighbourhood and worthy of our support.
The evening was a casual dining experience with everyone’s favourite foods such as a large variety of appetizers, big salads and bowls, a good choice of main courses, interesting chicken sandwiches, and many types of burgers. To see their menu:
For those who like beer, there was a huge variety of beers on tap; with cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages also available.
