Dinner Club #3

The Dinner Club meeting hosted by Wendy Edgett was on Thursday November 10th, when sixteen Probus members met at “Peter’s on Eglinton Restaurant and Deli” for an enjoyable evening.

Established over thirty years ago, Peter’s is famous for Montreal Smoked Meat and many other popular dishes such as Souvlaki and (yes) liver!

In pre-Covid days the dining-room, with its impressive, huge Tiffany-type light-fixture, was usually packed with diners both at lunchtime and in the evenings. Many of us left with a doggy-bag, (the servings being very generous) following an evening of good food, good company and good conversation.
