To order an event with the Probus Club of Kingsway-Islington, please fill out the form below to notify us that you would like to attend. All of the fields must be completed. Please indicate whether you will be paying using Interac e-Transfer or by a cheque.
The Club’s mailing address for events is Kingsway Probus Events, the Probus Club of Kingsway-Islington, 225 The East Mall, Suite 1655, Toronto, ON M9B 0A9 and the cheque should be written to the Probus Club of Kingsway-Islington.
When you set up the Interac e-Transfer, you must first add a contact for Probus Kingsway-Islington events. The contact name that you should use is Kingsway Probus Events, and the e-Mail address is events.kingswayprobus@gmail.com.
When you send money, select the Kingsway Probus Events in the Send Money To field, enter the total amount for the tickets being purchased, and identify the event name and your name in the Message field.
